Sessions online
Psychological sessions online are based on the same principle as those organized in the office. The psychologist opens the door (in our case, calls you on Skype from her appropriately adapted home office) and invites you inside to take a comfortable sit. Usually, you are asked about the reason that brings you here today or about the topic you would like to discuss during the current session. Don't worry if you don't have a clear answer in mind; this isn't a test. These questions help us find a focus for the ongoing session, but if you feel like things are complicated and messy and you have no idea where to start, just try to relax and leave it to me 😉.
How it works
step 1

Book an appointment
Once you have verified if your complementary insurance covers the sessions with a psychologist, you can book an appointment. To proceed, click the button attached to the screen in its upper-left corner.
step 2
Chose the day and time that work best for you

step 3
Fill out the contact information form and confirm your booking
Next, you will receive two e-mails—one, with the automatic confirmation and second, with a short form concerning your personal information. If, in the meantime, you need to cancel or reschedule the session, you can do it from your customer account.
step 4
Open your Teams a few minutes before our appointment and wait for me to call you
If you don't answer my call on Teams, I will try to contact you by e-mail and the phone number you indicated in the booking form.
